Miss Spain 2010 is the 50th edition of the beauty pageant Miss Spain. The pageant was held in Toledo on September 25. There were 52 contestants representing each provinces of Spain.

Paula Guilló from Teruel won the competition. While Carla García won the First runner-up and will represent the country in Miss World 2011.

Carla García Barber, representing Playa de las Canteras, was crowned Miss Las Palmas 2009 in January 30, 2010 at Hotel Cordial Mogán Playa in Mogán, Grand Canary Islands. She represented Las Palmas in the Miss España 2010.
